As digital entrepreneurs and creators, we all know the never-ending quest to find the perfect stock photos for bloggers!

Blog design is HUGE and thanks to sites like Canva and programs like Adobe Photoshop, you don’t have to be a super experienced designer to create the perfect graphics for blog posts, Pinterest, Instagram & Twitter.

But the last thing we want is to be scrolling through our Pinterest feed and see the same stock photo used over and over again! I like to use several different sites to find my photos so I don’t get bored trying to design around the same graphics each time.

I’ve done some research and found the BEST  websites offering stock photos for bloggers. They have high quality, beautiful images for people blogging in all different niches.

Just keep in mind, although free, some stock photos require attribution or link backs to the site you downloaded them from. I promise, if you bookmark these sites, you’ll never be stuck trying to search for that perfect stock photo again!

Let’s get into it!

1. Canva

Of course I couldn’t start without mentioning Canva. It’s hands-down one of the best free design sites for graphics and they offer a ton of stock photos for bloggers to choose from. You may see Canva images around quite a bit, so it’s a great jumping off point, but check out other sites for fresh content.

2. Pexels

Pexels is an incredible source for stock photos in all categories and subjects. There are thousands of images to browse from that are completely free for any use. No attribution required!

3. Pixabay

Ah, Pixabay, my true love. This is definitely one of the largest and most popular stock photo websites for a reason! Gorgeous, high quality images uploaded daily. Right now, they are approaching ONE MILLION images! Definitely a website to add to your bookmarks bar.

4. Unsplash

Unsplash started out as a Tumblr blog and now gets ONE BILLION photo views each month. The quality is incredible and they also offer a subscription model so you can have stock photos delivered right to your inbox!

5. StockSnap

StockSnap has a HUGE selection of quality stock photos that are released under the CCO (Creative Commons license) so they are free to use for anyone without attribution.

6. picjumbo

Picjumbo is not as large (they advertise just over 1000 photos in the free version) but they have a cool option where you can buy all the stock photos delivered through Dropbox for $15. This saves a TON of time especially since all the images are properly named and organized.

7. Yeah!Stock Photos

Yeah!Stock Photos is one I’ve been enjoying lately. Not all the photos are free, but the ones that are, are royalty free, attribution free and (not to mention) G-O-R-G-E-O-U-S!

8. ISO Republic

ISO Republic was founded by designer Tom Eversley and is now open to the public for contributions from other photographers. They have over 1000 beautiful stock photos for bloggers and creative professionals to choose from.

9. Barn Images

Started by 2 photographers in 2015, Barn Images offers absolutely beautiful stock photography for all blogging niches. Although the selection is a little smaller, it’s refreshing to browse through the site and see some unique images!

10. Gratisography

Gratisography is a website by Ryan McGuire who shoots and uploads all the photography you’ll see. The result: high quality, unique, fresh stock photos uploaded weekly. Check it out- you may find exactly what you’re looking for!

11. SplitShire

SplitShire  offers both free stock photography AND videos which makes it a very fun site to browse. Originally started with 100 images by one photographer, SplitShire has grown to thousands of photos with over SIX MILLION page views- pretty impressive!

12. Free Images.co.uk

Free Images.co.uk has over 18,000 well indexed stock images to choose from! They also offer quite a few exclusive images so you won’t be as likely to see your stock photo popping up 16 times on your Pinterest feed!

13. Raumrot

Raumrot offers tons of unique “non-stock” photos as they call it. The cool thing is they offer special photo “packs” for free and premium photo packs for $10.

14. Startup Stock Photos

Startup Stock Photos is geared towards startups, business bloggers, and marketers. There isn’t a search function to look for particular photos, but it’s totally worth it to scroll through the modern selection they’ve uploaded.

15. Stock.Tookapic

Stock.tookapic has a great selection and for the premium content, they offer a bulk purchase discount. Sometimes attribution or link backs are required so be sure to double check when you download the photos.

16. Negative Space

Negative Space is definitely one of the smaller stock photo sites, but they offer fresh, high quality photos free of copyright restrictions and attributions. A great place to find some unique stock photos for bloggers!
